This site holds almost nothing about you. Where GRC Careers LLC does hold personal data, you can have it deleted, and you do not need an account to ask.

What this site collects

GRCcareers.ai is a static publication. It has no user accounts, no job postings, no payment processing and no login. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Reading an article here creates no record that identifies you.

The one exception is the newsletter signup. If you submit your email address to receive new essays, that address is stored so we can send them to you.

The one-click tool

Most personal data across the GRC Careers network sits with our job board rather than with this site. If you have ever set a job alert or signed a petition on AI-Governance-Jobs.com, that is where your record is.

Open the one-click removal tool

Enter your email address and we send a single removal link to that address. Clicking it permanently deletes your job alerts and any petition signature tied to that email, within 72 hours and usually at once. Sending the link to the inbox itself is what stops somebody else from deleting your data.

Asking us directly

You can also just write to us. No account, no form, no explanation required.

Email [email protected] from the address whose data you want removed, and say what you want deleted. Writing from the address itself is how we confirm the request is yours. If you cannot write from that address, tell us and we will find another way to verify you.

We respond within 30 days and normally much sooner. There is no charge.

What we cannot delete

Records we are required to keep. Invoices and payment records for employers who have bought a job posting are retained for the period tax and accounting rules require.
Data held by someone else. If you applied for a job through a link on our board, your application went to that employer or their applicant tracking system. We never received it and cannot delete it. Ask the employer.
Content you asked us to publish. If you wrote something we published with your name on it, tell us and we will discuss removal, but it is not covered by the automatic process.

Your other rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see what we hold, correct it, restrict how it is used, or receive a copy in a portable format. Ask at the same address and we will treat the request the same way. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
