A site about governance should be able to explain its own. This page sets out who we are, how we are paid, and what that could mean for what you read.
GRCcareers.ai is published by GRC Careers LLC. The same company operates AI-Governance-Jobs.com, the job board, and GRCcareers.org. We are part of the ExecSearches network, which has been placing senior people in mission-driven organizations since 1998.
Articles carry the byline of the individual who wrote them. Author pages link to a verifiable professional profile so you can judge for yourself whether the person writing about a subject knows it.
Understanding the incentives is the point of a disclosure, so here they are:
This site itself sells nothing and carries no advertising. It has no paywall, no display ads, no sponsored placements and no affiliate links. It exists because people who are researching a career decision are exactly the people our job board is useful to.
If any of that changes, this page changes first.
Naming the risk is more useful than denying it. We operate a commercial job board and we write about the market that job board serves. An article about which skills are in demand is written by people who also benefit when employers post roles requiring those skills.
Our guard against that is method: claims about the market are tied to observable evidence, sources are named, and we distinguish between what the data shows and what we think it means. If you spot us failing that test, tell us.
We work in AI governance, so we hold ourselves to what we would ask of anyone else.
We correct errors of fact in place and note what changed. Send corrections to [email protected]. We would rather be corrected than be wrong in public.
We link to primary sources wherever they exist: the regulator, the standards body, the filing, the dataset. Where we link to a commercial site we mark the link so that it passes no search ranking benefit. Links are editorial choices and are never sold.
