GRCcareers.ai is a static publication operated by GRC Careers LLC. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts and has no user accounts. This policy explains the little that is collected and what happens to it.
GRC Careers LLC publishes GRCcareers.ai. We also operate AI-Governance-Jobs.com, and we are part of the ExecSearches network. Each site has its own privacy policy because each one handles data differently. This policy covers GRCcareers.ai only.

Browsing this site creates no record that identifies you. We set no cookies. We run no analytics product, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no fingerprinting. No third-party script loads on any page. You do not need to accept anything to read an article, which is why there is no cookie banner.
If you sign up for the newsletter, we store the email address you enter so that we can send you new essays. That is the only thing we store. We do not ask for your name, your employer or your job title, and we do not attempt to work them out.
You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to the address above. Leaving deletes the record rather than flagging it.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records that a request was made, including the IP address it came from, in order to serve the page and to defend against attack and abuse. These logs are short-lived and are not used to build a profile of you. See the cookie policy for more on what does and does not happen in your browser.
Two categories of service provider necessarily see something:
Both are processors acting on our instructions. Neither is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
Your newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for the short period our host retains them for security purposes. We do not keep archives of removed subscribers.
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or hand it over in a portable form. Depending on where you live these may be legal rights, and where they are not, we will honour the request anyway.
Write to [email protected], ideally from the address concerned so we can tell the request is yours. We answer within 30 days and there is no charge. The data removal page sets out the fastest route for each kind of record.
This site is written for working professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Articles here link out to regulators, standards bodies, employers and other publications. Once you follow a link you are on somebody else's site under somebody else's policy. We have no control over what they collect.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the substance of the change is described here. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
